  • I received a license renewal notice. I was unaware my license could expire. How long a period is a license is good for (ie: if I renew, how long do I have before I have to pay for it again)?
    • Hi, thanks for your feedback. Actually you may use the version you purchased as long as you wish, you are free for all the minor updates, or even the major updates within one year.
  • Can you provide a step-by-step for dragging and dropping URLs for download? Your instructions (Directly drag the video URL to the main interface..etc.) do not work. Not able to batch process.
    • Hello, sorry about that, do not drag and drop URLs, you can simply use the manual copy and paste way to get it worked.
  • Downloader does not appear to be working with El Capitan. Is that likely or is there another reason the download of the copied ULR does not commence. Downloader DOES recognise the Vimeo ULR & title.
  • Very helpful but doesn't answer my query that I can record the video great but whatever I do there is no sound. Do I have to buy something else?
  • how do you add a video site tv.adobe.com?
    • Hello, thanks for your feedback, we will try to support this feature in the next release.
