Hi, when I connect my Android phone to ApowerMirror using the USB cable, it cannot detect my phone. I’ve tried several times. Is there a solution for this? Thank you!

Below are some solutions which may help you:
- Replug your device.
- Change another USB cable or USB port.
- Switch the USB connection mode from Charge only to Media device (MTP) or Camera (PTP). To learn know to do it, please refer to this guide.
- Restart the program or the computer.
If the above ways cannot solve the problem, it is possible that there is something wrong with the driver. After you connect your Android to PC through the USB cable, please follow the steps below to check it.
- Right-click My Computer or This PC. Choose Properties. Click Device Manager.
- Click Android Phone and Portable Devices. Check if there is any exclamation mark beneath.
If there is no exclamation mark, then it’s fine. But if there is, you need to uninstall the driver and install an appropriate USB driver. Please double-click the Android Composite ADB Interface, choose Driver tab, and click Uninstall Device. After removing it, you can find your driver from this post.
If there is no Android Phone tab, please click Universal Serial Bus controllers, double-click USB Root Hub (USB 3.0), select Power Management, check if the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option is checked or not. If it is checked, please remove the check and then try again. If it is already unchecked, please make sure you have logged in as an Administrator on this computer.
If you are sure everything is okay, but it still cannot detect your phone, please follow the screenshot below, and send feedback along with log file to us from the desktop program. Please tell us your Android brand and system in the feedback. Our technician will check it out and reply you as soon as possible. Thank you!
